I worked with Make-A-Wish Alaska & Washington to recreate a young girls drawing as mural in her room, over the course of three days.

The current catalog of recycled paint cans. The organization Paint Care has had a large impact on my practice, along with donations of paint through social contacts.

Dried acrylic latex paint dug out to be used in new works.

Upcycle process of a table leg’s transformation into an Indian War club.

wood panels.jpg

Wood panels; old roof wood, construction site wood, tabletops from a restaurant and past student’s leftovers. Upcycled to be used in future works. Unfortunately, some of these did not season well in the studio and had to be thrown out.

cardboard.jpg

Log of cardboard to be used in works. I collect cardboard as a log of my own consumption as well as my partner’s. This is a valuable resource, especially in the face of a pandemic.

Tree branches I collected, in areas neighboring Sand Point in Seattle. I made a custom net to hold them over time, in order to season them.

Local neighborhood social practice found while walking in North Tacoma.

Some old pictures of ART School X at UC Berkeley. An alternative space designed by art students, for art students. I was blessed to participate as the co- curator of Art school X’s artist in residence.
